We consider the environmental impact of all our decisions, and take active steps to minimise our negative impact and to have a positive impact wherever possible.

Our working model “Work from Anywhere, Rooted in Cheddar” enables our team to work away from the office whilst remaining well connected. This has had a significant impact on our environmental footprint, not least by reducing travel. The majority of our operations are paperless. We endeavour to work with environmentally responsible suppliers, wherever possible.

While we work to minimise our negative impact, we ensure we are Climate Positive by offsetting the emissions from our team’s professional and personal lives, via Ecologi. You can see the impact of our offsets here.
